The Letterenhuis in Antwerp was in need of a big makeover and asked our school for ideas. My proposal was to make big open spaces that revolved around the inner court and use the inner court as a way to bring in light and nature. Dividing the space up into four: The entry hall, an exhibition part, a work-cafe, and a library/study space. Opening up the space makes the functions flow into each other and creates an organic flow and circulation.
